To view island upgrades you do /is upgrades. Here you can upgrade the islands border size, the amount of members and hoppers you can place on your island. The price to upgrade each of these increases the higher the level is. Donator ranks come with certain island upgrades too. You are also able to unlock your nether island for the cost of $5,000,000.
